After years of using an old, outdated system, Cogswell finally launched a student portal that was easier to navigate, and is more mobile-friendly. The opening of the portal overlapped with the Spring 2019 registration, which gave everyone a chance to get familiar with it. Students have mixed reactions.

Students and faculty returning for the FA17 semester at Cogswell College were treated to a less-than-pleasant surprise upon arriving at campus. During the last weeks of the summer semester, a massive server housing students’ work along with other course materials appeared to have vanished.

Nearly a year after the college's relocation, a basket appeared in the women's bathroom closest to the Dragon’s Den. The basket contained two types of pads and one type of tampon, and was to be filled once a semester.
Recent changes to graduation policies have sparked a wave of confusion across the campus of Cogswell College. Specifically, a last minute decision to implement a pre-existing guideline regarding GPA and credit requirements left a number of students who were expecting and cleared to “walk” unable to participate in the 2017 ceremonies.
